Step-by-Step Guide:
Accessing PartnerLink

This document aims to describe in detail the steps you need to take to obtain access to Progress PartnerLink - the main gateway to all essential partner resources.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to registration page and fill out the requested information:

Note 1: You should register with your company email address (not a personal one)

Note 2: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain characters from the following groups: uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not include portions of your Progress ID username in your password.

2. On the next screen, fill out your Contact Information and click "Register":

Note: Make sure to select the reCAPTCHA checkbox. It will ask you to select pictures with the same theme. If experiencing viewing issues, you may have to reset your browser to Firefox. Here is an example:

Green checkmark will appear once you have selected the correct pictures.

3. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox with your account activation link. You need to open the registration confirmation email (subject line: Welcome to the Progress family) and click on "activate your account" link.

4. You will be directed to the login page where you need to enter your new Progress ID Username and Password in order to activate your Progress account and access the PartnerLink request form.

5. Right after you activate your Progress account, you’ll be automatically directed to the Access Request page (see screenshot below). You will need to select Progress PartnerLink, choose your partner type (e.g. "Digital Agency", etc.) and submit.

This will send your PartnerLink access request to us for review.

Within the next 24 – 48 business hours you will receive a notification email that will inform you whether you have been approved for access to Progress PartnerLink or not.
